Application for PGY 1 starting July, 2005 begins in late spring of 04.

Applicants must have a M.D. degree from a School of Medicine which is approved by the Liaison Committee of Medical Education or by the Canadian Council of Medicine. Graduates of foreign medical schools must have passed the FMGEMS examinations.

The deadline for receipt by us of all application materials, with the exception of the letter from your Dean, is October 3l, 2004. Applications not completed by that date will not be processed.
You may be invited to appear for an interview in November/December, 2004.

We further request that applicants have or will obtain:

• A Clerkship in otolaryngology. Although it is not an absolute requirement that the clerkship be taken in our institution, it is advantageous to the candidate and to the program if it is taken in one of our hospitals, e.g., Boston Medical Center, VA, and CHMC.
• Send directly to the program upon confirmation of interview: 1., a report of a recent examination of your visual acuity with particular reference to sterioscopic vision, and 2., a recent photograph of yourself.
