All applications to the program are reviewed by the Program Director, the Chairman, and the full time faculty, who select those suitable for interview. Faculty members interview each candidate so selected and submit a written evaluation to the Program Director. Final candidate ranking for entry into the Matching Program is made by the Program Director guided by the advice of the Resident Selection Committee which is made up of the Chairman, all faculty who have been involved with the interview process and residents of the program who have had extensive contact with the candidates.
